Colleen received training at the College for the Cullinary Arts in London, she is a member of several worldwide professional cake decorating organisations and has won multiple awards for cake design. Her love for baking is apparent in every cake cake she makes, and her eye for detail is second to none.

Colleen produces extremely detailed three dimensional sculpted cakes for any occasion. Weddings, big birthdays and baby showers are particularly popular but we can cater to any of your memorable moments.
